our process

Step 1

We will set up a meeting during which you will have the opportunity to discuss your project in detail and show us any pictures or plans that you may have. We will also consider how this project may affect your present and future ideas for the home as well as a budget for the project. We can refer you to architects and designers we have worked with in the past and supply you with a list of references of clients with similar projects to your own. Our clients may be your best source of information, since they have already gone through the process from start to finish. Having experience in assessing both technical and financial aspects of residential building, remodeling, and decorating, we will be able to supply you with a preliminary estimate.


Step 2

If you decide to proceed, we will provide a detailed breakdown of the project's components, identify costs and allowances, and determine a schedule with a completion date.


Step 3

Once all the terms have been agreed upon, a contract will be drawn up and presented for your review. If you decide to proceed, you will sign the contract and we will determine a start date that fits your schedule.
